What does this PR do?

  • remove math.MaxInt64 from getFuncInt64Label
  • fix log in getFuncInt64Label
  • fix log in getBoolAnnotation
  • remove string_util.go

Motivation

Fix bugs

More

  • Added/updated tests
  • Added/updated documentation
