don't add Docker containers not on the same network as traefik #959

Docker containers not on the same network as a traefik container can't be routed to so adding config when exposedbydefault=true or traefik.enable=true is pointless, would be good to only add when there's a common network.

Closing in favour or #979, same problem but the description of the problem is much better.
