Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle OSB

The reference implementation of /~https://github.com/biemond/biemond-wls

uses a CentOS 6.5 vagrant box for Virtualbox which includes puppet 3.4.2

##Delivers

• creates a patched 10.3.6.06 WebLogic Server with SOA Suite & OSB ( soaapp )
• creates a Oracle SE database 11.2.0.4 with SOA Suite Repository ( soadb )

##Software Add the all the Oracle binaries to /software, edit Vagrantfile and update
