I found the original installation notes a bit confusing; this is my attempt to improve them.
I think we should also provide some guidance about all of the options we are giving the user. Why should they or should they not use the CDN? Why should they or should they not take Option 1 for copying files, and Option 2?
Giving them options without the costs or reasons for choosing one or the other is just going to confuse them. Granted, we're all programmers and it's our responsibility to make decisions for our projects, but I think as library developers it's our responsibility to help our downstream users make informed choices.
