It's been quite some time since a major update

This time, RainbowTaskbar hasn't been completely rewritten, instead it has received a new UI and a lot of new features.

New features:

• New UI!
• Web configurations! After many complaints that the instruction-like configurations are quite hard to use, and maybe a bit limited, users can now use web configurations that open up a lot more possibilities (animations, video, mouse responsiveness, user settings, WebGL etc.)
• A config workshop! You can now sign in with your GitHub account and publish your own configs on an in-app workshop. You do not need an account to download configs.
• Instruction-like configs can now be split into multiple groups: A single run-once group (initial transparency or border radius settings, for example) and multiple looping groups.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed tablet mode issues (#56, #53)
• Fixed presets erasing on update (#51)
