Describe the bug
Editing a Force Power mods throws an error:
TypeError: data.flags is undefined update http://localhost:30000/systems/starwarsffg/modules/items/itembase-ffg.js:8

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Import Force powers from Oggdude data
  2. Open Enhance power from compendium
  3. Open Control Upgrade: coordination
  4. Open console (F12)
  5. Change mod type
  6. See error in console

Expected behavior
No error and update is retained

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Foundry Version: v12.330
  • System Version: 1.903 with dev commits
  • Hosted on Forge: No
