I find documentation for chunk evaluator is terrible.

The explanations are directly copied from the C++ codes, and they are not straightforward, and even confusing in a high-level configuration API document, because some parameters only appear in C++ code, making it is hard for users to understand what it talks about.

this has been fixed in the latest develop branch.
