MobiFlight Variable can be used in Preconditions

General description
Preconditions are helpful and config references can be used in preconditions. It would be valuable to have MobiFlight Variables available in Precondtions, so that you don't have to create a OutputConfig only for this purpose.

Describe the solution you'd like
MobiFlight variables are available as option for preconditions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
You can create an output config first and then use that in the precondition. But it is not as user-friendly.
