This is a goal aimed at the entire JuliaQuant organization. More than a technical issue, this goes to the point of thinking of market conditions as features rather than columns in a DataFrame.

For now, a series branch is planned. Whether this or the dataframes branch becomes the main branch will be decided downstream.

I'll close this for now, someone can reopen it if the branch solution is no good.
