Add ability to choose the vault-tab icon #264

The vault bag button could display a different icon in the background like

  • Default icon (Brawn bag)
  • Mastery icon
  • Equipment piece icon (Helmet, Weapon, etc...)
  • Artifact icon
  • Essence icon
  • Charm icon
  • Formulae icon
  • Vault 1 (using vault icon in the resource files)
  • Vault 2 (using vault icon in the resource files)
  • Vault 3 (using vault icon in the resource files)
  • etc...

The bag button context menu could have a new entry "Skin" with this list as sub menu.
Choosing one change immediately the background image of the bag button and make it persistent.
