Download MonoDevelop.StyleCop-1.1.0.0_MD6.0 (Mono.Posix 2.0).mpack if you've Mono.Posix 2.0 installed which is the case on Windows otherwise download MonoDevelop.StyleCop-1.1.0.0_MD6.0 (Mono.Posix 4.0).mpack

If you don't know, test which one works. If the settings window opens you're fine, otherwise test the other version.
