Changes from previous version (0.7.0)

• Configurable lyric font size
• Interpret KuGou's "this in an instrumental" text as "no lyrics"
• Added a option to disable uploading to YTM history when a remote song is played
• Fixed a crash after using the app for an extended period of time
• For developers, the app can now be compiled in a "userdebug" variant. Like how it applies to Android ROMs, this gets as close to a full speed release build as possible, while still retaining debug-ability (most notably, minify is disabled)
• Other minor fixes and improvements
