There are 4 classifications for users in the CRM
Adult Male (Man)
Adult Female (Woman)
Child Male (Boy)
Child Female (Girl)
Each of these should have it's own default photo/icon (until a user uploads their photo in place). In our database (St. George Church CRM), none of these rules for default photos/icons are followed. For the scout group, most men/women get the "adult female / woman" icon (curly hair) and boys/girls get the "boy" icon (backwards hat). I occasionally see an adult male icon but it's rare.
