b_u585i_iot02a cellular_modem example does not work for bg96?

Hi,
I tried the b_u585i_iot02a cellular_modem example with the bg96 module , does this work for anyone? The ATE0 command at the beginning runs into a timeout.

I connected the BG96 (MB1329-B03) to the CN3 STMod+ connector of the development board.

I verified that the overlay seems to use the right usart2 on this interface.

Do I miss something related to bg9x vs bg95?

I am not sure if this is a configuration issue or not. I am using zephyr v4.0.0
