Visualizer OK, then blank

I am running the latest released version of UGS on both a windows 10 and 11 computer and have the same issue. I open G-code and it visualizes as expected...open the code tab (double click), minimize the code tab and the visulaizer is blank. Try reopening the same G code file. Run the g code an it sends for but nothing is displayed except the the tool position.

Can you reproduce the problem, then attach the log file. Go to the menu "Tools -> Open log directory" to find the location of the log file.
