Sequoia update and now screen issues on Mac

HI All

ive started to demo the better display which im hoping can solve my issue and then purchase the full version.

Mac Studio M1 recently updated to Sequoia and now the resolution just doesn't seem right like it was before the upgrade. Screen is ViewSonic VX3276-MHD-2 (Resolution: 1920 x 1080 / Resolution Type: FHD (Full HD))

Text within audio daws like Ableton seem more pixelated.

Ive opened better maker but seem to be locked on the max resolution of 1920 x. Im sure before I upgraded I had a slightly higher resolution which was better.

How to I make the app offer more resolutions ?

Sorry probably a really basic question but struggling to be able to achieve different settings to see if the problem can be resolved.

Cable used if thats of help is HDMI 2.1 8k cable.
