Error when starting the development server on the local domain

Hey, everybody!
I have a problem with the development server, it starts with version 6.0.9 when they added a token to urul: 029dcd6
Here is my config:

Maybe something should be added to the config to make it work correctly in version > 6.0.8?

Error from the browser console:

[vite] connecting...
client:756 WebSocket connection to 'wss://u.local/?token=B4_eMUkSKNQR' failed: 
client:769 WebSocket connection to 'wss://localhost:5173/?token=B4_eMUkSKNQR' failed: 
client:784 [vite] failed to connect to websocket.
your current setup:
  (browser) u.local/ <--[HTTP]--> localhost:5173/ (server)
  (browser) u.local:/ <--[WebSocket (failing)]--> localhost:5173/ (server)
Check out your Vite / network configuration and https://vite.dev/config/server-options.html#server-hmr .

Please help how this can be fixed.

It should work as long as the query is passed to Vite. Maybe you have a proxy that strips queries like #19494 (comment)?

This comment doesn't work for me.
Turns out you need to add the hmr key to config.server:

hmr: {
        protocol: 'wss',
        host: 'u.local',
        port: 5173,
      }
