I have downloaded on my windows pc. There are many folders with many files. On which one should i click to run the application.

You download zip file from google drive,Please unzip that receive folder on that folder there is 2 files resources folder and Billing Manager exe file
Just click that exe file than billing manger GUI application opened
It basic level of application source code also available in git based on my design you change your requirements
