テストレポートを見れば、どの環境でテストが成功/失敗したかがわかる。

この情報が共有されれば、以下のように利用できる、かもしれない。

環境構築前にWarningを出せる（この環境を構築してもテストは成功しません。続けますか？）
メタデータの信頼度を測れる（10個の実行結果で成功したのは1個だけ）
メタデータのデバッグに使える（まず、メタデータが間違っているかもしれないことに気づく。続いて、どこがマズイのかがわかる？）
