The name “streams” is already taken, so we'll need to determine the next best name. Be sure to update the documentation to include installation steps.

This is largely done. We just need to settle on a name. I'm currently executing the procedures outlined in PEP 541 to possibly obtain the name “streams.” I reached out to the package owner today via email and am awaiting a reply.

We now have control over the PyPI package named “streams.” If you're curious as to how this was done, then please see pypi/support#1203.
