Because Mkdocs Changed its Error Handling in the privacy module.

See: squidfunk/mkdocs-material#8012.

The privacy Module Returning the following error when using the drawio Module.

WARNING -  Couldn't retrieve https://test.draw.io/js/viewer-static.min.js: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='test.draw.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /js/viewer-static.min.js (Caused by NameResolutionError("<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7e18ad91c210>: Failed to resolve 'test.draw.io' ([Errno -5] Name has no usable address)"))
