Randomize conditions for breaking the wall to Drac's mansion

This will require hints throughout the game in npcs and books to inform the player which items are and are not required to break the wall on the bridge to Drac's mansion. Perhaps even change the weapon required to break the wall. This might fall in the "elite" flags bucket.
