Support original NimBLE as well

The original NimBLE library supports a range of platforms (see /~https://github.com/apache/mynewt-nimble/tree/master/nimble/transport). It would be great it this library could support the original NimBLE as well as the ESP fork.

Would it be as simple as just renaming the esp_id*:: function names and some build changes to link with the original NimBLE?

I assume that the original NimBLE can be supported without major changes.
However, it would take time and effort to create binding definitions for the original NimBLE.
