windows terminal
yazi --debug
outputDescribe the question
When I upgraded to the latest Windows Terminal, I was able to preview txt, json, and images. However, pdfs couldn't be previewed. I tried various methods, including searching online and using DeepSeek. Solving this problem took up a significant amount of my time. Eventually, I found someone who had encountered the same issue in a discussion. Our problems were identical. Fortunately, I discovered that the reason I couldn't preview pdfs in my Yazı was that I had installed TeX Live 2023 in my Windows system and added the directory to the path environment variable. I also installed Poppler via Scoop and added the corresponding directory to the path. As a result, there were two pdftoppm.exe in my path. And the one used by Yazı was the first one, which was also the older version in TeX Live. So, I moved the Scoop directory before the TeX Live one. Finally, I can preview pdfs in my Yazı, and the speed is very fast. I hope this can help you solve the same problem I encountered in my Yazı on the Windows 11 system.
