Build transaction should support soroban functionalities

We need to add a few operations

• Restore Footprint: https://developers.stellar.org/docs/learn/fundamentals/transactions/list-of-operations#restore-footprint
• Extend Footprint TTL: https://developers.stellar.org/docs/learn/fundamentals/transactions/list-of-operations#extend-footprint-ttl
• Invoke Host Function: https://developers.stellar.org/docs/learn/fundamentals/transactions/list-of-operations#invoke-host-function
  • Show a warning message if other operations are added to the transaction. Invoke Host Function can't have any other operations.
  • On the Submit Transaction page, check if the XDR contains an Invoke Host Function to allow submission only via RPC.

Any chance we can prioritize this. When I tried to invoke Blend protocol (mainnet), I got the error that my user data entry has been archived. If lab had a way to restore the entry I could try that. I think a lot of users will start facing this issue.

Discussed and we will prioritize Restore Footprint and Extend Footprint TTL first.

I'm going to prioritize Invoke Host Function. With protocol 23, footprints will be automatically restored when running invoke host function (via simulate). Let's still add restoreFootprint incase when simulate transaction returns restorePreamble, but I think prioritizing invoke host function makes more sense with our current protocol 23 timeline (february).
