plugin creates a bug

hi!! i have ilias 9.7 installed , working. last week i started installing this plugin [SrLifeCycleManager] . Since installing & activating this plugin i have errors with roles. When i access the roles tab from the browser the roles are duplicated and when i click on one i get a red message ilias created a bug.... and in logs i have Object id: 322 is not accessible for ref_id: 44 . Permission denied in /....../class.ilObjRoleGUI.php:1332 .
Can you please help me or guide me into resolving this?
