Spyder-Notebook in Spyder 5.2.1 not appearing on the View Menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Installed into Spyder 5.2.1 using conda command 'conda install -c spyder-ide spyder-notebook. Spyder-Notebook does not appear on the menu.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does not appear.

Hey @richlysakowski, thanks for reporting. I'm going to move this issue to the Spyder-notebook repository (in the future please report issues related to it there).
