Scence lost due to <Tetra2TriangleTopologicalMapping>

The problem is when I added:

TriangleSetTopologyContainer name="Container"
TriangleSetTopologyModifier
Tetra2TriangleTopologicalMapping input="@../Container" output="@container"

Every objects is disappeared from the scene without any error.

Can someone please help me with this problem?
