Describe the bug
It appears that both ESP and Spandex SystemC caches do not get reset properly. This prevents from booting Linux multiple times or launching multiple bare-metal programs without re-programming the FPGA every time.
To Reproduce
Design an SoC with the one of the SystemC cache hierarchies and try to execute a bare-metal program or boot Linux multiple times without programming the FPGA in between.
