Set default background colors when cell value equals certain string?

Hi, very excited to delve further into vd!

I didn't understand from the documentation how to configure vd for the following:

Suppose whenever a cell's contents (no matter the sheet) == "HI", I want the background to be green.

And then just extending this out further, is there a concise way to show green for "HI", red for "BYE", etc.
