One-liner to run latest visidata

uv is awesome. Here's a one-liner to run the latest VisiData without installing anything:

uvx --with git+/~https://github.com/saulpw/visidata.git vd

I made this into a script vdd which I can use as a vd replacement:

#!/bin/bash -e
uvx --with git+/~https://github.com/saulpw/visidata.git vd "$@"

You could also add arguments to this script to run using versions of specific pull requests, like the pattern git+/~https://github.com/tangentlabs/django-oscar-paypal.git@issue/34/oscar-0.6.

There has been some discussion, but not much interest in adding these to the default VisiData installation instructions. I agree, uv (pipx, too?) make it easy and fast to run/install VisiData, and specific versions, and including specific packages. It is just as easy to run/install specific pull requests and commits. The hard part is figuring out what the flags should be.
