Get under the bar and into the high-bar or low-bar position.
Adjust your grip if necessary but stay tight.
Keep your chest up and elbows down.

<font size="3" face="italic" color="black">Stand with your torso upright holding two dumbbells in your hands by your sides. This will be your starting position. Step forward with your right leg around 2 feet or so from the foot being left stationary behind and lower your upper body down, while keeping the torso upright and maintaining balance.<b><br></br></b></font>

Grab the bar. Bend over without bending your legs.
Bend your knees. Drop into position by bending your knees until your shins touch the bar.
Lift your chest. Straighten your back by raising you chest.
Pull. Take a big breath, hold it and stand up with the weight.<b><br></br></b></font>
