Windows: How to access command window when in Service Mode?

Hi

I'm running HFS in service mode, and no command window (windows cmd line window) will be opened whenever restarting or accessing admin-panel of Hfs. But, if I run HFS executive file when HFS service is running, I think a second HFS will run at different ports ('coz the 80 and 443 are used already by the service HFS). So, if I don't run a second instance of HFS, how can I open the command window of the hfs when it is running as windows service?

AFAIK you cannot access console (command window) of services.
but this is not HFS, is a thing of the operating system, so you can google it.
My advice is that you use the admin-panel instead of the command, in your case.

I'm using admin-panel most of the time. But, in the admin-panel, how do I deal with the above error message?

that's a warning message, you don't deal with it.
it's harmless, anyway.
Accessing the console wouldn't help.
the message is not even for you, it's for the programmer, that is me :)
