This will address r-devel#2 and carpentries/sandpaper#269 by adding the URL and source metadata to ensure the footers link back to the source of the lesson.

Thanks @RaoOfPhysics. Unfortunately, I'm only seeing a sans serif font in the PNG case, so I guess there's a font issue here (Windows 10 on Chrome). I think we can go with a solid black/blue/grey colour for the web, with a white alternative in case we need to use on a coloured background.
