pdm init error

i try to use 'pdm init' in my project
but it raise UnicodeDecodeError

The auto-importer encounters a non-UTF8 file(one of setup.py, Pipfile, pyproject.toml, requirements.txt, requirements.in)

Please fix the encoding in those files.
