I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers

Hi everyone,

Hello, my name is Wyllimar Victor, and I recently applied for GitHub Education. After 24 attempts, my access was finally approved. The process was a bit challenging, mainly because I am Brazilian, and the verification is done exclusively through the device’s front camera, requiring a lot of care when taking the photo.

However, three days have passed since my approval, and I still haven’t received access to the offered benefits. Moreover, whenever I try to access the process verification page, I am automatically redirected to the service subscription area. As a result, I can no longer view my tickets and requests.

I would like to emphasize that I qualify as a GitHub Education user since I study at a university recognized and authorized by the MEC (Ministry of Education) of Brazil, which issues valid diplomas.

Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to a response regarding this situation.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @WyllimarVictor was approved and your benefits are now available.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once you have been successfully approved as a verified student or educator, your academic benefits will become available within a few days. You will receive an email when your academic benefits are ready to be redeemed.

Once the benefits are applied, Copilot Pro can be claimed via the benefits page or this signup link.

Hey @WyllimarVictor, that's because you still have to wait, when you receive your benefits a PRO badge will show up on your profile so don't worry, you'll get your benefits soon! 👍

Once you have received your benefits, if you are unable to access the pack offers page and are redirected to the pricing page, you should contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your issue.
