Hi Marlian, I personally experienced this too during my application. The solution? I set up 2FA (two-factor authentication) and reapplied and guess what? It was accepted this time. I went on to test this with a friend who had same issue and yes, it did again. So yeah, if you haven't enabled 2FA, why not give it a try? (This is my two cents) |

Hi everyone,
Hello,
my GitHub Education application has been rejected twice, but I haven’t gotten any clear reason why. The help articles didn’t really help, so now I’m stuck and not sure what to do next.
I have a feeling the issue might be my recent address change. My student card still shows my old address, while my GitHub account is updated with the new one. But I’ve followed all the steps on the registration page carefully, so I’m not sure if that’s really the problem.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I can do? Would really appreciate any help!
