In the response of the https://api.github.com/repos/{owner}/{repos} , we are getting these fields,

"created_at" , "updated_at" , "pushed_at"

I would like to understand whether this value could be null in any scenario ?
I am interested in knowing in which scenario "updated_at" , "pushed_at" returns null value
