Cannot renew student pack

Hi everyone,

Hi! I need help with renewing my student pack. I am currently completing my master's thesis and I still make use of the tools offered by the pack.
I uploaded proof of my enrollment and the reason why I am off campus, even though my university does not have a "campus" per se, I am a commuter student. I think I am automatically being rejected because my location is not on campus.

Also I would like to add that a webcam or camera photo is not the best way to upload a document, I needed to print the pdf that contains the required information. It would be better to be able to upload a file also.

Please help
