Issue with Student Verification - Digital School ID

Hello,
I’m having an issue with the GitHub Education student verification process. My school ID is digital, but it doesn’t seem to be recognized during the verification process. I’ve tried submitting it, but I haven’t had any luck.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? How did you resolve it? Are there any alternative ways to submit a digital ID for verification, or should I provide additional documents?

Have you tried reaching out to GitHub support directly for assistance with your digital ID verification issue, or do you have other official documents that could supplement the process?

I think it's not a problem to get an official certificate of study. I'm sure your university has such an option.
I had a similar situation to yours, but in order to avoid such additional problems... I just ordered the damn piece of paper...

okay thanks ive downloaded the id ill just go print it myself

Reply when you send it. Don't forget to write the English translation of the certificate just on a usual paper next to the document
