Actions Usage minutes doubled since beginning of Jan 2025

I pulled a usage reports on Actions, and it looks like the daily compute minutes doubled compared to previous years despit the fact I haven't changed anything. I have one action that runs every half hour, it consumed roughly 43-45 minutes a day, now it's up to 88-90.

Has there anything been changed recently in the way compute minutes are calculated or is something counted in it that I might not be aware of? It's all the exact same action according to the report, and I haven't changed anything on the action, nor is it processing significantly more data compared to 2024.
