I got auto-rejected twice, and now it doesn't allow me to apply again for the Student Developer Pack. I was rejected immediately after uploading the documents. My student card doesn't have a date on it, and when I took a picture of my transcript with my phone camera, it was over 1 MB. When I tried using the option to take a photo directly through GitHub, so it would automatically create a file under 1 MB, the image turned out very blurry. That is probably why I was rejected.

I followed all the steps to try again, but it still didn't work. Here's the message I received:

I still followed all the steps, but it hasn't worked. Is there any way GitHub can give me another chance to apply for the Student Developer Pack again? I recently got my transcript verification PDF as well.

Since your account is currently locked from reapplying, the best course of action would be to reach out to GitHub Support directly via GitHub Support Contact Form. In your message, explain the situation, mention the steps you’ve already taken, and emphasize that you now have a proper transcript verification PDF to upload.

In your message to GitHub Support, politely explain that you encountered technical issues during your initial applications, which likely resulted in the rejection. Highlight that you now have the correct documents and are fully prepared to meet all the requirements.

Its seems to be the case, since the application is rejected and Github team does not allow manual reviews / appeal on their decision. Sorry I cannot be of help to this issue. I do hope someone from the GitHub team is able to help you on your appeal.
