My student document is not getting accepted

Hi everyone! I need help with GitHub Education. I'm a high school student from Turkey and I'm trying to apply for GitHub Education. I filled the all required fields and attached my student document for proof that I get from Turkey's government website (turkiye.gov.tr). After a few hours, my application was rejected because of the document. The email says my document was obtained from a third party and edited. I didn't edit the document and I didn't even censor any barcodes or other things. I can't go to school (I'm sick and schools are about to close) and I don't know what to do anymore. What can I do?

As far as I know, it is a written certificate of education that is needed. maybe you should try to ask the administration to send it to you, and you will print it out yourself and attach it to the application?

Today I got the physical document with principal's sign and uploaded it for application again.
Edit: They approved my application right now.
