I've noticed that when searching for specific code snippets using GitHub's code search, the results often include hits from forked repositories. While this can be useful in some scenarios, it often dilutes the search results with redundant or outdated code from forks, especially if the fork hasn't been updated to reflect changes in the original repository.

I would like to propose:

1. Exclude forked repositories from search results by default or,
2. Provide an option to toggle the inclusion/exclusion of forked repositories in search results.
