GitHub Student Developer Pack - My application was approved but my university email address changed a couple of days ago.

Hi everyone,

I hope everything is going well recently this January 5th my application for the student developer pack has the status of “approved” but the email that I put at that time the one from my university had a different extension compared to the current one because recently in my university they changed the extension of the emails of all students, so even though my status is approved I have not been able to access the benefits because I do not have the access link because that email address currently NO LONGER EXISTS.

Does anyone know if it is possible to access my benefits using the new extension of my email?

I suggest you to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain your issue in detail.

Although, I see you have the PRO badge so your benefits are already available. Try this first, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select for example Copilot if you can redeem it, you shouldn't worry, otherwise contact support as I suggested above.
