I have enable claude in Settings but unable to see the option in VS code, only gpt 4 and 01 are there

I had this problem in the past. At that time, I was able to use GPT-4o and GPT-o1, but not Claude. I tried switching the network environment, but it didn't work at all.

Miraculously, after a week, it automatically worked. So, I think you may need to wait a few days.
