In this second public alpha build, the Privacy and Context Menu sections only work. 😸
The app shows the actual state of every function (privacy and context menu in this case).
Translated into Russian and English. Supports dark and light themes.

Compiled in cloud via GitHub Actions.

The user who launches the app has to have an admin rights by default, if you do not, you will configure the settings for the user account who ran the program.

Please, test and feel free to bug report.
