If cargo is installed you can simply run:
cargo install fetch-catnip
On arch you can run makepkg -si if cargo is installed.
git clone /~https://github.com/onelric/fetchcat.git
cd fetchcat
makepkg -si
On other linux distributions you can simply move the binary to either /usr/bin or ~/.local/bin/
git clone /~https://github.com/onelric/catnip.git
mv catnip/catnip ~/.local/bin/
