Prevent neo-tree open a file in a buffer

Hi,

How can I prevent neo-tree to open files in a symbols-outline buffer?

I tried to use the following conf but didn't work, and I didn't also find any relevant doc about filter_rules

filter_rules = {
  bo = {
     -- if the file type is one of following, the window will be ignored
     filetype = { 'Outline' },

     -- if the buffer type is one of following, the window will be ignored
