Support move-node-to-workspace current

... and allow move-node-to-workspace in [[on-window-detected]] callbacks.

The use case is to be able to open my terminal on any workspace as a floating fullscreen window:

Now the window will "stick" to the first workspace it was opened on and will always switch to that workspace.

Your use case is unclear. on-window-detected is triggered only once when the window is appeared. The callback doesn't run continuously. So the window will stll "stick" to the first workspace anyway

I thought that if the window gets hidden and then shown again with a hotkey it will trigger on-window-detected. Maybe there needs to be a on-window-shown callback? Although sticky floating window would solve my use case too.
